Welcome to UC Berkeley Ballroom Dancers! Berkeley Ballroom is a student-run group that has been providing classes, practices, and ballroom events for ballroom dancers of all sorts – from beginning social dancers to top DanceSport competitors for over 50 years. No partner or experience is required!

We offer:

• Social classes, taught weekly in Hearst Gym. Classes are open to anyone, and you can drop in any time. Our social lesson prices are the lowest anywhere!
• A competitive ballroom team that represents UC Berkeley at local competitions and beyond.
• DanceSport Training Program for newcomer through intermediate dancers who want more technique-focused or competition-oriented ballroom instruction.
• Annual competitions and dance camps, including Berkeley Ballroom Classic in February, Berkeley Beginners' Competition in October and Berkeley Dance Camp in November.
